Ingredients → Grinding Material → Pressure Molding → Natural Curing

1.Raw material:concrete ,cement,construction waste ,fly ash,sand etc. Almost free and widely spread.
2.Edge runner mill: mixing the raw material uniformly,adopted special stir to make sure the raw material can be perfectly mixed uniformly, the reducer is using the superior quality ,working life is 8-10 years.
3.Feeding hopper:feeding the material,make suer the machine working normally, the perfect angle makes sure the raw material baiting uniform and flow smoothly.
4.Pressure molding machine:MZJ360-3 main machine
A):Capacity is 3200-3600bricks /hour. 
B):The body of machine using stainless steel in 30mm.
C):Bearings design: lower the noise effectively and energy saving.
D):Machine is adopted the exhaust plant and the forced charging design ,to make sure density of raw material in the mold box, so that the bricks are high density, high strength, good quality.

5.Natural curing:
